R.I.P.P.E.D. (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

There's only one R.I.P.P.E.D. and it's the hottest, most fun, and efficient total body workout in the marketplace. Stretch and Flex (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

Our stretch and flex class is a stretching and mobility based session to help improve functional capacity, better recovery, and injury prevention. Little to no impact mixed with smooth moves and strength training will lead to improved postural control among other great benefits. Learn how to correctly activate and control important stabilizing muscles and execute efficient movement while getting supple and energized. #TFCS&F

Power Up (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

This group strength training is an overall workout from head to toe. Class will consist of many types of movements using dumbbells, barbells, plyometric movements, bands, and balls. Strength training is consistently shown to be one of the most effective ways to improve your quality of life long term. Start today- you'll be glad you did. #TFCPowerUp

Total Pilates (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920's. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations and progressions, you will have a hard time getting bored with Pilates.#TFCPilates  

F.I.T. (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

F.I.T. (Fundamentals of Interval Training) Join our TFC instructors as they lead you through a full body workout alternating between high intensity work and low intensity active recovery. All major muscle groups will be addressed as well as your cardiovascular fitness. You will leave feeling confident that you spent your time wisely! Fitness equipment will vary by class/instructor and classes are modified for all fitness levels. #TFCF.I.T.

Zumba®

Party yourself into shape! Zumba is fun, different & effective. The latin rhythms blended with the dance moves make for an awesome workout. Good music, great fun, great workout!! (All levels)

Kickboxing (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

The newest form of kickboxing is a super fun, high-energy, cardio program designed to strengthen and tone the entire body, with intense focus on the abs.  The sweat will fly, the pace will quicken, and the calories will burn.  This workout can be high impact or low impact but it always intense.

Total Tabata (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

Tabata is high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that was inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata. He is a Japanese researcher who used this protocol in studies beginning in 1996. This class is a cardio, strength, and mobility based class that follows a Tabata protocol. A Tabata workout uses 20 second intervals of max effort for various exercises followed by 10 seconds of rest. The pattern is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes equaling one Tabata. There are 8-10 Tabatas per class. No one gets bored with Tabata and everyone wins! #TotalTabata

Build your endurance, strength, and flexibility with this cross training style water class. This heart pounding workout strengthens muscles while protecting your joints. Participants of all fitness levels will be coached to their potential. Instructors will teach safe and effective options for all challenges. #TFCAquaFit

Aqua Strength and Stability (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

This class focuses on functional core strength that translates into safer, more efficient everyday function. This class will use water resistance, pool noodles, aqua dumbells, and other tools to improve muscular strength and stability. Instructors may also use agility movements to encourage class members to improve stability on the go. Instructors will teach safe and effective options for all challenges. Yoga is a holistic practice that heightens your mind-body connection through the use of mindful movement that is controlled by the breath. Although classes can range from a focus on power to one of meditation, you will always have a focus on breathing. At TFC, expect to coordinate your breath with bodily movements that encourage both strength and flexibility, but you do not have to be strong or flexible to begin Yoga! Yoga is for everyone and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. You can bring your own mat or we will provide one for you. Come prepared to move, and expect to leave with renewed energy, confidence, and a much calmer and more mindful perspective. #TFCYoga

Zumba is a Latin-Inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music & dance movements. Zumba has all the great Latin music you expect and may incorporate mainstream music for a fun calorie burning class. Ditch the workout…Join the Party! All levels welcome.

Spin (All Fitness Levels Welcome)

Indoor cycling classes can be a great way to challenge your mind and body. Instructors guide participants through workout phases: warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. All you will need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), and a water bottle. FYI - The pedals for the indoor cycling bikes are SPD (Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) clip compatible. #TFCSpin

SET

This workout appeals to men & women, from beginners to conditioned athletes. Each class works every major muscle group; it strengthens, conditions, shapes, tones and defines muscles. All levels welcome.

Sizzle Classes, T & T

Low impact conditioning and toning, using a variety of cardio styles and a variety of toning equipment. All levels welcome.

*AB classes

30 minutes of core body conditioning. All levels welcome.

T.F.C 500

Totally Fun Cardio! Get your workout and have fun doing it!! Great music, variety of cardio, and full body toning! We will burn at least 500 calories per class, usually MORE! ! (Est. Calorie burn based on ~150lb. person) All levels welcome.

Yoga

The yoga (path) focuses on bodily postures to improve meditation and strength. Popular as a means to better health, fitness, and relaxation: focusing on flexibility. Low impact All levels welcome.
