
* Primary: Designed for children 6 months and above, this program builds swimming readiness by emphasizing fun in the water. PARENT MUST BE IN THE WATER WITH THEIR CHILD.
Level I: For children at least three years old. We explore the shallow end and slowly introduce your child to swimming and water safety.
Level II: Designed for children who are ready to learn to swim and are not afraid to put their face in the water. Children will learn front and back floats and be introduced to Freestyle and Backstroke.
Level III: Students will build the fundamentals of Freestyle and Backstroke and have an introduction to Elementary Backstroke and diving.
Level IV: Students will develop confidence in the strokes learned and improve other aquatic skills.
Level V: An introduction to Butterfly and Breaststroke. This level provides further coordination and refinement of strokes. Level VI: Swimming and skill proficiency.
Level VI: refines the strokes so students swim with ease, efficiency, and power over greater distances. Level VI is designed for preparation for swim team, fitness swimming, or lifeguard training.
* Children that are not yet potty trained MUST wear swim diapers or plastic pants!
